Looking at a B7100 with FEL Tiller and Mower and right now I only have a 5x10 single axle tractor rated at 2990# per sticker on front
B7100 is 1000 # per tractordata.com, Tiller I am guessing #400, loader and mower I have no clue

It is a one way trip of 150 miles, even if I put the tiller and mower in bed of pickup, my gut says I am over loaded towing with an F150
Is gut right? Trying to find dual axle but uhaul will not rent one to my truck

Trucks ok...trailer...I wouldn't do it. Single axle no brake on axle going on highway for 3 hours doesn't sound good. I have a 5x8 aluminum single axle with same rating for zero turn etc. couldn't imagine putting a small tractor on it even if it was 2' longer.

First trailer I had was 14' 7k, double axle with brake on one axle. They get short quick. Now I have 18', 7k, brakes on both axles. Wouldn't want anything smaller.

Do you have a buddy with a trailer? What was requirement that Uhaul nixed your truck?

When on their site, it will not give my truck an option of 6x12 dual axle trailer
That was my thought, if it was 10 miles I would manage but 150 DARNIT!!!

An trying to get one to return messages has been a pain too
Unfortunately no one I know owns one, my 5x10 is the trailer people borrow :)

I can rent a car hauler but it has a space in the middle tractor is too narrow to fit

You won't be the first to do it, but you'll have no room to position the tractor for proper tongue weight, so it could potentially be very unsafe.

It may not be the perfect option, but I can't believe it wouldn't work out well. I did use a homemade 5.5x10 for hauling a JD X740 with 2 sets of wheel weights and fluid in the tires with a 62" mower and rototiller.

It pulls nice, but the difficulty I have is loading it because it sits fairly high up.

If the tires are good, it loads up nice, there is good tongue weight, you only have to do it once, go for it. You will find out if it is something you are comfortable with using routinely.

There are other places that rent trailers other than Uhaul. Maybe do a search in your area for "trailer rental"? Or go to Uhaul in person rather than online form.

How you secure tractor to trailer is another consideration. I agree with you if it was 10 miles local and slow on back road it would be worth trying, but you still have to take some common sense precautions.

I did see the B7100 is 80" in overall length so you would have about 18" to position for tongue weight with your trailer. Then you have mower and tiller on truck like you said which I would think together would weigh 600 - 700 lbs.. I assume you have a 6' bed. Is your trailer pretty well built with good tires and tie down points?

Anyway, I would first look at other places offering rental. It would be a lot easier to get one if not both implements on a larger trailer. I know some trailer sales places around here also rent trailers.

That is your best bet IMHO. They are more profit motivated than U-Haul. Usually the smaller businesses operated by the owner would do it. That what I used to do before I acquired a trailer.

If it's a quick attach loader, could you make 2 trips, just have the loader itself on the trailer? Might be the cheapest/easiest, no renting or borrowing involved. Remember, it takes time to rent and return as well.
