Going to the Kubota dealer this weekend my first pick is the 3350, i will ask about the DPF and see how much they know about it if they say to avoid it or don't know anything about it my second pick is the B2650 or B2601.

Does anyone know why the B2601 does not have a 72" MMM when the 2650 does? I guess because the 2650 has the larger frame?

The 2650 is about $1,000 more than the 2601 is the price differance worth it? 2650 has a 77.0 cu and 2601 is 68.5 cu engine but both are around the same HP.

As you mentioned, the B2601 and B2650 have about the same rated horse power, but that horse power comes at different engine rpms also, 2800 and 2500 respectively. So the B2650 has ~15% more torque. This probably explain why they don't offer the larger mower on the B2601.

IMO, if the larger size of the B2650 doesn't cause you any maneuverability problems, its the best deal. The extra power of the B3350 is only really necessary if you want/need to run larger PTO power implements, like a brush hog, etc.

Have the 2650 and really like it. Runs the 72mmm easily, fairly comfortable too. No regeneration like the 3350 has. Unless you really need the extra hp or turbo due to high altitude I'd pass on the 3350. Just my opinion. 2650 a very capable machine for what it is.
