kubota L 3540 hsdc,B 2320 hsdc & lots of other stuff!
Can a B3030 handle a snow pusher? Total tractor weight with weight box is approximately 4000 lbs.

I like the tractor, i like the weight box, i dont like that plow set up! If i was going to plow with my tractor, i would use the kubota blade on the subframe. I had the kubota 2069 power angle blade on my B7500, that was a sweet set up! Im refering to a protec snow pusher (box) in this thread.

What size box are you planning to use? We had a L3130 with backhoe, loaded rear tires and curtis cab probably weighed around 8,000 lbs. We pushed an 8' curtis pusher box on commercial plow jobs. The machine pushed a lot of snow in three winters we owned it. In a pusher box the snow gathers up quick and machine would lose traction before we ran out of pushing power. We have since sold the machine and upgraded to a Kubota R520s wheel loader weighing in about 10,500 lbs and plan to use the 8' box on that. The 3030 might be to light for a box. hope this helps

It's my tractor.
Using the FEL for a pusher may not be enough power when the pile in front of the pusher gets heavy. May be able to push load, but will need to be in low range. I need angle to move snow off to side.
I would worry about enough weight with pusher mounted on front of tractor. Will not be enough weight to push heavy snow.

Yes ron, i agree, i think i would need a big bad mid range L or M model. Just trying to cover all my options as i expect to have a large commercial snow contract very soon.

Protech makes a little 6 foot box for the 3030...I would try it out. If you have some nice ballast and keep up with a storm, you should be fine. I run an 8footer on my skid and have about a ton on you...heck call protech they will give you their honost opionion.
