B2650 stalls when engaging the pto

I had posted to the forum several weeks ago about the fuel solenoid shutting the engine down when I tried to engage the pto. I was going to update it but could not find it.
Anyway, I finally pulled the seat and other metal off to access the switch above where the pto shaft enters the trans. Took a piece of wire and jumped the cable. Bad safety switch, she ran as she should with the pto fully engaged and the tiller running!! I’m thinking another safety switch I don’t need…
