I'm getting ready to use a newly purchased B2301 for the first time this year during cold temperature. My question is when I get ready to start it I don't see a light or hear a clicking sound to let me know the glow plugs are working. Can someone tell me if this model has this feature available or might I have a warranty issue. The tractor only has 7 hours on it.

My 2601 did not have a light or anything. When I turned the key on, there was a tiny click I could hear....I typically turned the key on and counted to 10, then started...

If you do this and it cranks for a long time and fails to start, I would say you have a warranty issue...

The first stop as you turn the key powers on the tractor and the key will remain there when released. Continue rotating the key against its spring to the next indent, which switches on the glow plugs and lights a yellow glow plug indicator. Hold for 5 or more seconds, 10 if below freezing, then continue turning key to crank.
At least that's the gig with my b2650.
