Auxiliary Hydraulics for JDeere 2320

I would like to attach a buckthorn puller to this tractor. The puller has a cylinder which squeezes the plant. I've had quotes from 600 to 800 dollars for the install of needed equipment. There must be a less expensive way to do this. Would it be possible to use the 3 point hydraulic system? Any ideas?
