We have the 2 wheeled version. Its lightly built and dumps whatever material hauled in it, rather poorly so for moving dirt or gravel, we can't recommend it. What do you intend to do with it?
I have the 4-wheeled version. Bought it 12 years ago and use it all the time for everything from carrying tools to hauling mulch, gravel and dirt. It has stood up to a lot of abuse. I agree it does not dump very well.
I have a slightly different appearing 2 wheel cart. I use it all season long. Hauling all kinds of stuff, wood, dirt, tools, fence material, whatever I need taken from "here" to "there" around the place. I'm pretty happy with it, but like others have said, it doesn't fully dump. It needs to be higher off the ground for it to pivot more fully backwards and dump below it's axle pivot point.
Still very useful though, but you do have to sweep out the last of whatever you're dumping with a shovel or broom.

This ^ is more or less what I would use one for. Also for bringing firewood up to the house since the ATV weighs less than the tractor (our winters are in the 30s and 40s and the lawns stay wet, not frozen). Dumping would mostly the firewood. I would use it for light duty, anything heavy duty would be in the tractor bucket or a larger trailer.
I bought a steel cart with big knobby tires from Harbor Freight years ago. Cabela's carried the same one but I no longer see it either place. I love the big [guessing 25"] ATV type tires as I can tow it through water, mud, and the woods without a problem. I noticed some interesting options at Cabela's so I would take a look there.
I will agree with what the other posters have said. I have the single axle version of the ones you posted. I added the metal sides to raise them a bit. It works well for my atv. I haul firewood from my wood pile to the house with it and mulch a couple times a year. As others have said if you want to use the dump feature it does not empty when it’s dumped. I also have a fair amount of rust developing on the frame in a three year time frame. It has been stored in the barn so that should not be happening yet.
