Attachments for 40hp Kioti DK40se HST? New tractor owner!

We just bought new house with 36 (mainly wooded) acres. In order to maintain the property we also bought a Kioti DK40se HST with a front-end loader. This is our first tractor and I have no clue as to what is quality in so far as attachments go. I need a finishing mower for a couple acres of grass and a blade for an 800' gravel driveway. These will both need to be immediate purchases. Eventually we would like to have an acre or so of garden area, but that will be as money allows for a tiller or bottom plow/ harrow. A bush hog will also be needed.

I want quality, but do not need commercial grade stuff. I don't want to go cheap and break things either. I also do not have a money tree in the backyard! What does everyone recommend? Brands and models?

I also am in the market for a canopy and was checking out the Wells Ag ones...

I have the Wells Ag, all metal one on my DK, and I really like it. Sure helps when the sun is high.

Which model did you buy? Who did you buy it from?

I would look to "Everything Attachments" or "Land Pride" they would have all you need and are good quality. For your driveway I think a box scrapper would be better than a blade. I have Land Pride implements and am very happy with all of it.

Are you just looking to keep the driveway groomed? Or are you going to be doing more major repair and driveway building? For just grooming and dressing things up I would suggest a land plane they can be had with scarifier teeth if you need to break up the driveway to dig out potholes and level back out. As far as brands go most of the stuff at implement dealers is pretty good stuff and comes in varying weights according to how heavy duty you want to go, the heavy duty stuff gets expensive and the lighter to medium duty stuff will work well for an occasional user. Woods, landpride, frontier, bush hog are some to look into, everything attachments is highly recommended on this forum. The big box stores carry some stuff that's generally a little lighter but some of it is OK stuff, depends on your use and what you can afford. Do plenty of research on here and ask questions before you buy and you will be pointed in the right direction

If you shop around, you can get better implements than TSC/County Line at the same price point. In the Fall some good used deals usually turn up.

Sounds like you need want high middle of the road stuff. Check our Everything Attachments. Pretty hard to beat their product quality for the price that they charge.

A 96" landscape rake.

An 84"-96" rear blade.

A 78" box blade.

I think where he is located you could just go down and pick em up and they will give him a small credit for not having a ship them at all

I wish I could find those deals. Craigslist is useless in my area, I haven't ever been able to find any used stuff at a decent price. When there is something on there it's beat to death and asking almost new price. I saw a 6ft king kutter box blade on there last fall and the hitch was folded over and they still wanted 500 bucks, ridiculous.
