I priced a utility fork with grapple from bobcat 2 months ago. 72" was about $1850-1900. I ended up buy a 72" JD fork and grapple for $1650. Jd had 1-2 more tines and I liked the grapple design a little better. The height of the Bobcat unit is a little taller which is probably a plus for the bobcat.

I think a 5' snow blade maybe a little narrow. I have a 84" blade for my JD 3720 which I made from a old Western snow plow. I would aim for at least 72". The more length is important when angling the blade and will let you push it off the path better. I just bought a 9' blade for my Bobcat 873 SS, which is very wide but that machine weighs around 8,000 lbs. I bought the 9' blade at an auction for $1000 new last week and it is HD.(The blade is 3/8 thick and 2' high). That was a very good deal. I will probably modify it for a dozer blade and do dirt work this summer.
I bought my 84" blade for $75 at an auction and modifed it for about another $200.
