ASV RC50 Fuel Gauge / Hour Meter HELP

I've got a 2003 ASV RC50 Skid Steer. The Fuel Guage / Hour Meter went blank. I have gone thru the wiring and found the cannon plug right before the gauge cluster had a pin corroded to the point that it fell out. It was on the Yellow A5 Power wire. I replaced the pin and the display is still blank. The wire should be hot with the key on or off. I have no power to the wire at the cluster or at the cannon plug before the display. At the fuse panel, the hour meter fuse has power. All fuses have power in and out. I did a continuity test from the yellow wire at the panel to the hour meter fuse and I have continuity. The panel removed out of the machine, I put 12v to the yellow A5 wire and grounded the A96 pin and the display showed the hours and fuel gauge came up. What am I missing? Has someone had this issue? Is the fuse panel diode an issue? I am about out of options. Any help? Thank you.

It sounds like a bad meter to me. But I’ve never had a reason to work on one
