Price Check Asking price for a 7275

I have a 96 Cub Cadet 7275 FWD, Hydro w/ 417 FEL for sale. The new block has 350 hrs. rebuilt fuel pump has about 150 hrs. & starter has just been rebuilt. I have owned the tractor for about 3 years with 2 guys that I am in business with. We have decided to sell this tractor because we don't need it for our development business any longer. Before we bought the tractor it set outside most of the time and had the cracked block when we purchased it from a bank as part of a foreclosure. Overall the tractor is not in bad shape at all and now runs very well and has plenty of power for a 27hp tractor. Has R4 industrial tires, 2 new on front and back are probably 50% at least. I am located in S. IL, what would a fair asking price be. I can probably get some pictures if that would help. Thanks for any input!

That's a good site to know about. I wonder if the FEL is factored in. Somehow, I don't think so.
