I'm trying to navigate to the Tractorpartsasap.c** site and my Kaspersky antivirus keeps blocking me saying the object is infected with HEUR:Trojan-PSW.Script.Generic. I tried typing the address directly into the address bar so no search links and still the same issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks,
Steve

Kaspersky is correct. It's not the first time their site got infected.

I just used a few lookup tools. Maybe the scripting is coming from their site's Java applet.

The site looked clean to me from the other apps I run. The page loaded fine without errors.

I'm using FF ESR for stronger privacy and a more stable environment vs. the FF home casual browsing.

Thanks for the response bmaverick. I'm running the latest FF 128.0.3 I tried the site again, still the same thing. Are you saying the Kaspersky message is false warning, triggered by an innocent script on the site? I don't want to bypass the warning (not sure how any way) and infect my computer. Do you know if they have resolved this issue quickly in the past?

Since you are of FF, you can also install the Privacy Badger add-on. There, you can turn off the offending script if you like.

It looks like ASAP got their site fixed since it opened without the Kaspersky message today. I installed the Privacy badger add-in and had to change the default setting to allow it to run in private windows so I could see the dashboard. I poked into a couple of my typical forums and some sure have a lot of trackers.
Thanks for the info!

Yes, many sites have trackers in a few different levels too. The nice thing is, once you get the hang of privacy badger, less and less ads show up while browsing the web.
