Arrrrrr! Arrrrr! Arrrrr, Arrrr, Arrrr!

Dropped by my dealer this afternoon after work. My tractor was sitting on his lot.

They did install R4 industrial tires instead of R1 Ags. That will be remedied ASAP.

I was really surprised at how big that tractor really is. With the backhoe mounted, that thing is really long. I'll have to figure out some additional parking space I hadn't counted on.

Ok, you want pictures? Here ya go!

I hope I'm going to enjoy this purchase. I'll have to eat my cooking for a good while longer to help pay it off. :licking::laughing:

Thank you guys. I've followed your threads about the LS tractors, and they helped me make my decision. I'm pretty comfortable with it too.

Now, it's time for that learning curve to get in gear. I have a lot of learning to do since the best I've ever had up to this point to work with was either a Farmall Cub or a Farmall Super A. Neither of those two come close to what this new tractor is capable of.

But, the LS isn't a high and clear cultivating tractor either, so you have some give and takes on all sides.

It is close now, and I can't stand it much longer. Hard to believe it's finally going to happen after all these years.

I can and will be patient though. Good things happen to those who wait.

Man, that's a great looking rig! I'm envious of that backhoe, and I notice they've added a storage compartment to the back of the seat.
Bet you can't wait to get her in the dirt!

Very nice looking tractor!

I've been itching for another tractor and LS is pretty close to the top of the list. I wonder what my Kubota dealer would think about that. Lol

Nice rig.
Mine is 1 month old with 43 hours on it.
My only regret is not getting one sooner.
Cheers.

Thank you RWork. I consider that to be a very high compliment coming from you.

I think the storage compartment on the back of the seat is for storing the manuals. I know Kubota and Massey Ferguson are supposed to have that feature. I'll check it out more once I have my hands on the tractor.

Thanks DT86. It was a hard choice for me to make. I checked out models of Kubota, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, John Deere, LS, Yanmar, and there are some others I looked into too.

LS had what seemed to fit my budget, size tractor with the options, dealer support, dealer availability (distance wise), etc.

I'm hoping this will last me a long, long time.

Blue Me, that's a fine tractor you have too. I was seriously looking at a LS J2023 myself. The big kicker was they didn't have Ag tires, and that was a high need for me.

Hope you enjoy your LS too!
