Ariens or Snapper rear engine rider ?

I have a small yard, just over 1/2 an Acre and am trying to decide what rear engine tractor, I should
go with ??? I have also looked at Jd Sx75 model. any body have any opinions ? Thanks. Rear engine riders only, I have limited space for storage.

first off, there is no such model Sx 75 you must mean the JD SX 85 . and yes I am looking at that model too.
