are my loader functions regenerative?

i have a JD 2305 and am wondering if my loader function is regenerative. i have looked in my manual and it doesn't mention this. it is important for me to find out because it could save me hundreds on a grapple setup. i found a electronic diverter at a kubota (shhhh!) dealer and i could run my grapple by diverting bucket curl function to grapple function, all with an electronic switch. curl bucket down, push button, loader curl now closes and opens grapple-push button again and bucket curls. SWEET! in order for this to work my loader needs to be regenerative, honestly i have no idea what this means, it might as well be chinese! i do know the smaller botas do. i know someone here knows this answer, any help is greatly appreciated.

Take a look HERE. Kubmech explains it all.

The 4-position valve, also sometimes referred to as a 4-way valve, that is what you will need. It is easy to check to see if your loader valve already has this functionality. If the bucket dump as a detent for a fast dump then you are golden.

Yes, Your curl circuit has regen.

But I can't see that it would matter either way to operate the grapple. Who makes the diverter kit the Kubota dealer is selling?

it's a RANKIN HA 100 SWITCH
