Are Ford New Holland lawn mowers any good

Going to need to replace the old Murry this year and was wondering about buying a used Ford new Holland. Only because the big tractor is a Ford and like blue.

So what was the best model/year and are they better than the Murry? Ya that was supose to be a joke /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

My local New Holland/Kubota dealer told me that Toro Wheel Horse makes New Holland lawn and garden tractors. I think Toro and New Holland have done this for the last 6-8 years. I own a Toro Wheel Horse 520XI garden tractor. It looks exactly like the New Holland GT series garden tractors, except for the blue paint. I have owned two Toro Wheel Horse garden tractors. I have not had any problems with them.

arthurb is right on the recent NH lawn & garden tractors. Prior to that, they were made by Ariens. In either case, they are good machines.

I have one. It is basically a blue Toro/Wheel Horse. Overall, I find it to be a high-quality very nice machine.
