Buying Advice arctic cat 650 vtwin

Im currently in the market to trade my bass boat for a 4x4 wheeler of equal value. I had a guy offer me an 2006 arctic cat 650 v twin and a yamaha vmax. I know abiut the vmax but i dont know much at all about the 650 vtwin fourwheelers. Looking for folks with experience with these machines. Like em? Hate em? ect... Ive only heard that they are sometimes hard to start in the cold or something??????
