Has anyone had a problem with a DK55 making a popping sound while in 4wheel drive?......seems to me that the setup in not strong enough to support stress of gears and that they are spreading apart just enough to skip teeth...took out of 4wheel and it stopped....and used 4wheel later and no noise....any comments?...or explanations...?...Mike
