Anyone have actual hands on experience with a DR Redi Plow Plus snow plow for UTV?

I think this plow is made by snow sport a division of agri cover, I have had this plow for 7 years on my rtv500, it's good for 8-12 inches of snow max. I bought it due to the extreme prices from Kubota for a basic snowplow. I live in the mid Atlantic area most snow storms are 3-8 inch wet snows and this plow with the rubber edge really cleans down to the pavement like a squeegee. The cons: this plow flips up when backing up and leaves a trail of snow, you have to manually angle the plow, never been a problem for me, you have to raise the plow up on the support bars for transport. You can plow over grass with no damage to the turf but cannot be used on gravel. The good thing about this plow it stores easily, no long frames, the Blade is aluminum not terribly heavy for its size it can hang on the wall. I would check out videos and owners manual online.

Thanks. We have snow here that doesn't melt on it's own by 11am maybe two or three times a year on those heavy snow years. We have had two of those heavy years for the past two years with a couple of years before that we had no heavy snow winters. It's just for my downhill concrete driveway of about 500'. I'm between chains, metal tracks over tires skid steer with plow or using my RTV1140 for snow removal.
My new tired SS did a pretty bad performance in snow the time I tried it this winter and got it stuck twice and had to wait till snow melted to get it out the second time.
I be;ieve the less expensive plow for my RTV is the solution for what little use I will get out of it.

I have the one the DR is sourced from... Snowsport by Agri-cover. I have a 72" one on my Gator 825i. Does a pretty good job. On serious drifts, I just work at it. On everything else, it does a great job, especially if you get right on the snow before it gets compacted.

Mine on my gator.....Don't have any pics of it working in the snow. Will have to try and get a vid sometime.

Mine clears about 600' of gravel drive and I lose very little gravel in the process. A lot less than a tractor with bucket or blade. The Snowsport (or DR equivalent) just rides on the gravel like it does on turf. I don't wait for snow to get real deep. If I know we are getting a heavy one, or some serious winds which will cause severe drifting, I am already starting to attack the problem after several inches. I am not interested in making things any more of a problem than necessary.

FedEx delivered 3 heavy boxes yesterday morning. Guess I'll need to open them in a few days when it warms up and assemble my plow with it's hitch and see how it fits my 2010 RTV1140CPX..

In putting the rubber scraper on the bottom of the blade, using some soapy water for a lube to get it slid in the groove will help. It uses HD screws to secure it after you get it in place.

Assembled blade yesterday and attached wench I've had in a box for several years. The snow blade will work on my RTV1140CPX and Gehl 3640e Skid Steer.
