Anyone using double ring chains on 17.5L 24 R4's?

Anyone using double ring chains on 17.5L 24 R4\'s?

I picked up a set of double ring chains for my Kubota L3710 at my local farm supply store and cannot get them on. Even airing down the tires the CAM lock is 4" away from the end of the side chain.

Any tips?

They have 13 cross links, (1 every 4 side links) and there are 6 links of side chain at the very end of the chains, if there was 1 or 2 more links I think these would go on like a charm...

Went back to the local farm store and found out the kid that made up my chains pulled the side links from the wrong drum. I now have the 11 link cross chains where before I had 7 links.

These went on like a charm.
