Oil & Fuel Anyone use Synthetic oil from your local parts store for oilchange?

I use M1 TDT in my car (VW TDI)

those that do UOAs on this oil have had great results in their engines. Walmart just started carrying it here and it's about $26/gallon ($9.99/qt at auto stores)

Walmart also has Rotella T6 which is their full-synthetic. I just put that in my Yamaha Rhino as a buddy/mechanic said it is wet clutch compatible and much cheaper than motorcycle specific oils.

I can't tell any difference between synthetic and regular oil in my vehicles and one has 265k using Castrol 20-50. I used Kubota oil for the first change on the L3800, but will likely use Rotila next time and once a year.

I done the same on my L3800. I believe I'll use the kubota filter and use rotella on my next service. Kubota oil according to my dealer is made by Valvoline. Not a huge fan of Valvoline at all. If I'd known from the start I would have never used it.

I plan to use synthetic in my B2320 after an oil change or two on Kubota oil. Two reasons really. 1) I use Rotella T6 in my 7.3l diesel for ease of winter starting so I figure this will help the 2320 as well. 2) Always have T6 on hand...
