Roy, funny but I was thinking of that same tractor recently, I think yesterday actually...
But the reason was (if we are thinking of the same tractor/poster) because the poster did not share with us HOW the tractor ended up in the water...which I thought was unfortunate since knowing the story might have helped us avoid a similar pitfal ourselves...
So I guess I remember...anyone else remember?

Not sure if it was the same person or not but when I got my BX23 delivered the guy driving the truck said that they had just delivered a B7510 to a customer and then got a call shortly afterwards saying the tractor was in the pond. He did not know any details and the original poster on tractorbynet did not fill out his profile so I can't be sure if it was the same person. From what the delivery guy told me it sounded like the tractor was ok. He was telling me this as an example of what sometimes happens to new tractor owners but I thought it was a strange coincidence that I had just been reading about it on tractorbynet.

Funny, as soon as I seen this thread I knew what it was about and was hoping to find out the end result too. I see everyone else is curious as to how the incident happened in the first place.
