Anyone having trouble posting pics again?

For some reason I cannot post pics again. We have two computers so that's not the issue and sometimes I can post and sometimes I can't post so that's not an issue. The only thing I can think of would either be my Norton Internet Security program or TBN itself.

Anyone have any ideas on this or have Norton Protection and have this problem?

I have noticed a difference in the procedure between IE and Chrome.

Using 8.1, this is on IE.
