Anyone have experience with Kodiak brand rotary cutters?

I'm looking to find some real world opinions on Kodiak brand cutters. The model I'm specifically looking at is the 3615. It comes in cheaper than the Land Pride, Rhino and Bush Hog cutters in my area. There's not much info out there (That I could find) on people with real world experience, so I was hoping maybe someone here had used them. I wish it had a smooth deck and airplane tires though.

I have a small cutter of theirs. I'm pleased with the quality. The welds seemed better to me than other brands, the hardware they use is at least as good as all the "big name" manufacturers. They're made in Tennessee, so the fact they don't travel far helps maintain a somewhat inexpensive price.

I personally don't like smooth-top. You must have framework, and that framework can either be above or below the deck. I'd prefer it be on top so it is protected from the wear of the cutting action. The smooth bottom is easier to clean out too.
