Anyone have DRIFT CUTTERS on their JD tractor mounted blower?

Yesterday when I was blowing snow in the church parking lot ,I was wondering what the height was to the top of the drift cutter
I guessing from what you said it most be appx 30" to the top
Most of the time yesterday I was only seeing 3-5 " of the drift cutter..
We had somewhere around 26-28"

Heck, on my 60" rear blower I have 48" drift cutters.
They are made from 3/8" X 3" flat, homemade.
All kidding aside, I really need them out where the city plow leaves his pile.
I could show you pics where the roadside pile is higher than my tractor cab!

On our 48" JD blower they are 3/16 thick by 1-1/2 wide by 21" tall. They are formed into a shallow U or V.

I didn't measure the height from the ground, but would agree that there are as you say, 31"
