I wanted a tiller and contacted them, CCI and Corriher. All were very helpful, Mark from CCI seemed very knowledgable, the new lady at Corriher had to "ask a sales person" to answer my questions, but did get back to me. The guy from Tarheel used to manager the internet sales at Corriher, he now owns(?) Tarheel.
I ended up buying a Landpride RTA1550 tiller from Corriher for under $1100 as they were closing them out. I bought it simply because I liked the ability to offset the tiller, all the other tillers were fixed tillers. Had it not been getting a great deal on a close out that I had priced at roughly $1500 to $1600 elsewhere, I think it is a toss up as far as which company is best to deal with.
I will definately contact Tarheel again for future needs. Ditto Corriher. Probably CCI as well (personally I don't like the ongoing fued between CCI and Sweets Tractors on this website, it lowers both of them to insults and name calling, but I did find Mark to be helpful when I needed help so he probably earned another chance).
