Anybody here ever make money gambling?

I won a bunch a few times way back when. Most of the proceeds were spent on women, drugs, and liquor.

The rest was squandered.

Used to do alright counting cards at blackjack before they tightened up the rules. Now I just play for fun—too much stress trying to beat games stacked against you long-term.

At 72 years old, I have done some gambling since my teenage years to now, but never more than for bonding with friends, I can honestly say I’ve never gotten much pleasure out of it other than just being with said friends!

Almost 67, never gambled, not even the lottery. I can say I've never lost money gambling.

I can honestly say that I’ve never bought a lottery ticket, my daughters bought me a few for birthdays and Christmas and such never been purchased by myself
