Found this cart at Goodwill yesterday it resembles one of those carts mail clerks use in office buildings but ball bearing heavy duty pneumatic tires and wheels and casters are not needed for a mail cart??? Only $14.99 plus 6% tax think I will modify it to be a rolling outdoor tool caddy.

Looks like a hospital "Crash Cart". Used in Hospitals to quickly move equipment into a patients room in case of emergencies.

It had practically no signs of use such as scrapes or dings or marks of rubbing against anything, and the two dark colored rectangular horizontal frame areas at the bottom were simply loaded with rotted rubber bands and paper chads...maybe a print shop cart? Only problem I have with the way it is setup is the front casters are set back too far going to remove some of the front frame at the bottom and move the casters forward.

The casters and tires are worth more than what you paid for it, good deal. Check it with a magnet and see if it's stainless, that would sweeten the deal if it is.

Not stainless, darn...has some rusty spots on the chrome plating....
