Anybody Game?

I've played Warthunder since it began. War Thunder is a WWII based war game - I'm in a squadron that plays every evening. The graphics are incredible. Our Squadron has 225 members. A high percentage are older players like me.
Our Discord channel is open so we get players are from around the globe. I meet some interesting people. Used to play World of Warships too. How about you?

I play World of Tanks occasionally and used to play War Thunder as well every once in while, mainly the airplane side of it.

I started playing it when it was only airplanes. They advertised the game on an RC airplane forum I belong to - and since I was flying WW2 model airplanes I was easily sucked in and hooked. I flew squadron battles until my eyes got too old and I could no longer tell the difference between a spot of dust and an incoming BF109
So tanks were a natural progression and now it's all I play. The comradery and competition is fun

I need to install it and give it a go again to change pace from the World of Tanks, which quite a bit toxic.

Hope you got lots of room on the hard drive. The game is huge - but one thing I like is there is no human blood and guts like so many 1st person shooter games. It's just machine against machine.

My boys got me into Fortnite a few years ago, that fizzled in a few months after I realized I really sucked at it and didn't want to spend the time to get good at it. Best I ever got was second and that was by hiding the entire time lol.

I used to play battlefield 2 online a bunch and was decent at it on the PC. I cannot get the game controller down for the playstation/xbox games. Kind of gave up on being any good. Takes hours to get good at those games.
