Any Updates on Cracked BX24 Fender

My fender cracked and the dealer said an improved repair is coming this month that includes the modified plastic fender and also sometype of brace to support it. Has anyone else heard of this? Didn't want to have the fender changed and then have to take it back to add a brace.

I've read the many pages of replacing the fender for the past six months or so, but I'd never heard of a brace being added by Kubota. That's the info I was hoping someone knew about.
