Of course, even though its already June now...if they released it tomorrow, there would never be one here in south TEXAS until December if at all.
Shoot, last week we heard a rumor that Lindberg made it!

The dealers down here think if the have something in the 50HP range, they have the small stuff covered. Now if you wanted 100+HP, there's a bunch of tires to kick.

I get real jealous of those dealers (on the net) everywhere that stock the CUTs & SCUTs.

Hmmm...could it just be the "everything's bigger in TEXAS" thing?

I talked to the owner of a dealership up near Deere headquarters recently. He talked like he knew exactly what was going on, so I have no reason to doubt him. The 2000 twenty series is coming in August, and will have upgrades similar to the 3000 and 4000 twenty series. Didn't share much else, but rest assured they are on the way. Anyone else hear something similar, or something to contradict that?

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at the trend: (the 2210, and then the 4x20's, and now the 3x20's), to figure out where the next 20 series will fit in to replace the small frames. At least I don't think it does, and I haven't heard any rumors. Already have discontinued the 410 FEL so there is another clue.

The time between 'releasing' a production tractor for start-up on an assembly line, and delivery of that tractor to the thousands of dealers (who all want at least one of each to display and sell) just has to be several months. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Any idea or hints from this knowledgeable dealer on what will happen to the 2210? Will it get a face lift and perhaps some brothers in the sub compact line up? It was always postioned as a series. One does not make a series.

He didn't let on too much about the actual changes. We got to talking about something else before I could ask more questions. What I'd like to see Deere do is make the 2210, 4110, and 4115 into a sub-compact line-up. I like the way the deck attaches on the 2210 much better than the 4110, so I hope they move them all that way. Those tractors are all built in Japan by Yanmar, so it would make sense to "commonize" them. I think Deere is hinting at that by releasing one loader (200cx) for all of those models already. I can't wait to see what comes out.

Yes. The 2210 has a very nice mower attachment. Deere needs a full subcompact line to more effectively compete against Ford New Holland, CaseIH's 18E, 24E & 25E line up and Kubota. I like the wheel base size on the case IH sub compacts. Just the wrong color.
