Any have some torque specs for 2810 gear?

2810, new style, gear

I'm putting in a new rear axle oil seal, and I have misplaced my service manual.

I'm hoping someone can give me some torque specs for the:

rear lug nuts,
axle housing bolts (the ones that go around the bell shape to the transmission)
the seal/bearing retainer cap on the small end of the axle housing.

I have done the other side before so I remember the procedure, just need some torque specs

If I can I plan on making a kinda of how to post with pics.

I'm reassembling it today, anyone have some torque specs, pretty please?

I even took pics and plan on making a pic thread
