Any Futian owners comment on their machine?

Futian looks to be heavier than JinMa in 35-45 HP models.
Owners seem to be rare on the web.
I'm considering one /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Would post on the CTOA (chinese tractor owners association) site.... should be some over there.. recent post by a DrJ225 on buying from China Best Imports...... You will need to do your research on the special needs these tractors may pose ie: parts, repairs etc... I would be a bit concerned about getting something no one else has...... why?

I didn't see a lot of Futian on CTOA so I'm clicking around...
Our barn inside is JD green.
These mid size tractors are $15-25K less than JD/NH. Enough to get my attention!!
The NH/JD lawsuit import block adds fuel to the fire that there is something there.
Futian makes a lot of tractors - just not shipped here.
I've gone to China for business since the mid eighties...
I have an engineering background with access to complete machining capabilities from raw stock. I'm not really dependent on a local dealer, nor would this be our only tractor.
Our local JD dealer has probably seen the light as well... he has added a large toy store and lawn & garden showroom. If somebody needs the extra hand holding by a local dealer that's great...

Maven, I have seen the Futains, seem like good units. Congratulations on being self sufficient. A rare quality these days.

Somebody had to buy the first JD, I bet his friends thought he was a bit strange for doing it also. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
