Any commercial operators using tractor style mowers?

I've been shopping for a smaller used commercial quality tractor style riding mower in the 42" deck range and there just haven't been any for sale on craigslist. Judging by what I see on the fora and on craigslist, the ZT riders have taken over for commercial use in recent years. The only riding tractors out there for sale are the cheapo big box junk. Is there still a place for small tractor riding mowers in commercial applications?

I may see one a week when working. ZT are so much faster for mowing and now they have all the attachments you would ever need. Only thing i don't recommend is pulling a trailer.

A heavy duty ZT pulls a trailer good. Pulling a trailer with a light ZT is a nightmare. They even back a trailer extremely well. This is of course assuming that the trailer is within a practical weight limit.
