Buying Advice Any comments on a 1999 JD 5210?

I'm looking at a '99 5210, 2 wheel drive 2 stage clutch sync shuttle transmission has new paint job and 2 brand new tires on the back, has external hydraulics 53 hp for $7500. No loader. They said it has 2300 hrs. I've already checked Tractorhouse for others for prices and the price is low. It does not have an enclosed cab which is what some of the negative comments I've found mention. Does anyone have any advice, comments, suggestions regarding this tractor. We will use it to bushhog about 15 acres and then cut and square bale 6 acres. We have an old IH 484 that does the raking and tedding. Thanks.

I have a 99 5210, which works great, it does NOT have a 2 stage clutch. The long lever to the left of the seat is what used to operate the PTO. I have included a URL to the owners manual and some information from tractordata.com. A 6 foot bushhog will be no problem for it. On haying it will handle a haybine, but NOT a discbine.
