I think your right. To me the 'deck' I thought was going to break. But it supported the weight. Counterweight problem.
From the title i thought it was going to end differently, Ive seen many of these types of videos and in my mind from what Ive seen , Some countries are way behind with safety

Not a counterweight issue, inexperienced operator issue. Just from the way he moves the controls it's obvious he has little seat time. Darwinism at it's best !!! They're cleaning up the gene pool. MikeD74T
