2 things about driving those screws is always use magnetic tipped drivers (hex head screws work best) and holding the screwgun higher than you would think is normal. Grab the gun so that the back of the motor is about in the palm of your hand and use your ring finger and/or pinkie to operate the trigger. Takes a little getting used to, but it does make a big difference.
