Just when you thought if was safe to go into the water again... Haven't seen that snake turtle thing in a couple weeks, but....... I was testing out my new camera's zoom and when I got home and saw the photo on the computer I thought no way, they don't do that do they????
Well, do they? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Tell me it is just a six legged frog. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yep, they really do.

I don't have no high IQ, so I don't know what a snake-turtle thing is, but that looks like a frog eating a frog.

Am I right?

Up here, the blue herons have eaten our summer frogs. This is the first year that I have not heard the evening symphony conducted and played by our pond frogs.

I've spent some time analyzing this picture. I've looked deep into the waters.

I see a large bass attempting to eat a frog. The frog has grown arms and is now trying to escape the grip of the bass.

I've enhanced the picture for clarity. See the attachment.

I'm not sure what you're predicament is...? It appears to be a garden-variety buig, green bull frog from the pic. Is there some other part of the story I'm missing?

I believe that the correct title for this picture is "got a frog in my throat"....... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

After looking at both pics my question is:
Does your pond receive runoff from a nuclear power plant?

I think his pond is where those strange looking meteors (shooting stars) end up when they fall out of the sky.

There is no nuclear power plant nearby but this area is strange. There are bones all over the place. I saw a pair of jaguarundi early one morning and they are not suppose to be this area? Also something got a cow by the pond. It is scary at night, it feel like something is watching, and then there is this oder in the air that smells like a wet horse? go figure. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
