Another Harrowing topic

I have 5+ acre lot that we will be overseeding in some places, and in others, turning over the earth ad planting new hay / grass (Fescue / bermuda mix). Here's my question: I was looking at harrows of the screen type (lie flat on the ground and have tines on one side). Can anyone make any recommendations?
