Grapple American Solutions BX Grapple

A little over a year ago I purchased and installed the American Solutions Grapple on my BX23. I only used it a few times, but put it on yesterday to pick up a couple tree stumps I dug out. I was surprised to find that the grapple would not operate. I was able to find that the switch to power the diverter valve was not working. After trying the usual remidies like cleaning the terminals, I callled Jeff at American Solutions. He agreed that it sounds like a bad switch and said that he would send a new one out that day. He refused to take any payment for the switch or mailing. Just wanted the TBN members to know what kind of businessman Jeff is and that he stands behind his product.
