Someone quoted me a fair market price for a 2010 CT235 445hours and garage kept, with 7TL Loader w/quick attach and 60" bucket, 72" dual clamp grapple, 48" Forks, 7TB backhoe used 3 times W 16" bucket, 72" Bobcat rear finish mower, 72" front mount snowblower with quick hitch, 48" Tebbens bush hog, 60" box blade with 4 tines, 25 gal 3PH sprayer with 10' arm spread and a BX Kubota series ballast box for $24,700US. I'm thinking $30,000 is a steal.

Fair market price for them!!! I'd have to say it looks like 30k but in Lockport, Manitoba??? Maybe not... Do you need to sell? Hope the best for you. I know I would not sell my tractor for "market price", it worth more to me.
