After 8 years my Pioneer radio quit and the dealer tells me to replace instead of trying to repair. With that in mind I have a replacement radio I removed from an old Dodge/Plymouth van (before it went to the scrap yard)
I thought I had the wires tagged but what seemed logical three years ago has slipped my little brain since and my newest Chryco shop manual is 1980.
Anyone know what colour Chrysler uses for ground, auxillary power feed, permanent power (memory) feed. and the feed for the power antenna?
I have 4 wires. black/yellow, orange, red and red/white.
There are also six speaker wires but they should be no problem, I just don't want to fry things right off the bat....

My Chilton book for Chrysler minivan 96-02 says;
red/wht hot in run, Pink hot at all times, Org panel lamps driver, yel/blk "step dim switch signal" (I think this also has to do with panel lamps). I hope this helps.

No dedicated ground other than the chassis mount??

Not the best schematic but shows no ground wire shown so must be chassis. Only other wires it shows are the pairs to the the speakers. They are not as obvious as I first though. They pair as follows. brn/red to Dk grn, Brn/yel to brn/lt blu, dk blu/wht to dk blu/org, dk blu/red to vio.
