I tried to post this on the contact us page for Allis Chambers:
In July 2011 I purchased an AC130 Lawn mower and I absolutely love it! However, yesterday, I was mowing my lawn and all of a sudden huge amounts of smoke came from the battery area! I jumped and the cables burned through very quickly which probably prevented the battery from exploding. Quite a few of the small wires underneath the body are also melted. Are you aware of a problem in this area? My dealer came by this morning and inspected it and he is contacting your company. Where do I stand with this? How long before you think a repair can be accomplished?
