Allis Chalmers b-10 package is this a good deal (same as simplicity landlord)

A local guy is selling a running allis b-10 with working snowblower and tiller, for $400. Looks aged but not rusted out, dented or abused. Saw a youtube vid, looks like the blower throws snow pretty good. How about the tillers anyone use something like that, do they get the job done?

Overall is it a good deal?
