alan's factory outlet buildings

I tried to search and see if there has been any discussion about alan's factory outlet and did not see any.
Has anybody ever bought from them?
It seems like a good deal for a building and I am not sure I could do it cheaper myself after factoring in logistics, equipment and man power.
I was looking at a 20X41 certified to 130mph with 2 garage doors and one walk in door for $6500 delivered and installed.

or is there a better place to buy ?
My land is in Arkansas

I am really green at all this and I really respect the opinions of people on the forum...

Do you have a link? $6,500 for 820 square feet comes out to $7.90 a foot. That is very cheap. It's so cheap it sounds like a scam, or at least red flags are going off for me.

I purchased a carport from them a couple years ago. It's a Carolina carport I believe. 3-4 Mexicans showed up right on time, and put it together without any issues. I've been pleased with it so far. Haven't had any issues to date, so I have no idea how their support after the sale is, but they are a legit outfit.

Has anybody recently (e.g. 2020, COVID-era) had a metal building installed by Alan's Factory Outlet or Carolina Carports?

If there's a reliable alternative that isn't too expensive, please advise.

A quote from Mueller is near the same amount, but doesn't appear to include installation - just delivery of the materials.

I'm planning to install two buildings in the very near future, working now to get the concrete pads finished.

My location is central Texas, near Lockhart.
