Has anyone extended &/or rerouted &/or added a precleaner to the 5600 D air intake?

I had this done by the dealer when I bought mine, I did not install it myself. For dusty conditions I highly recommend it. I even get snow in the pre-cleaner sometimes. Works very well.

I have the precleaner on my D. Works great. Amazing how much dirt it will catch. My air filters never seem dirty when I check them. Really helps if you use a mower.

radman 1...how do you have the air intake and precleaner rigged?

The pre-cleaner is at the top of the snorkle.

Understand that. Would like to know how radman1 ran the air intake out and up to form an external snorkle.
