AGRI-LIM 50 - Tire Ballast ??

Hi, Has anyone heard of Agri-Lim 50 tire ballast ?

Apparently its a non corrosive liquid ballast ( alternative to rim-guard ) and manufactured in Quebec, Canada..

Not much info on their website.. wonder if its a beet juice concoction or something entirely different ?

Just in case anyone else finds this thread while searching... according to the SDS it's basically just methanol and water, with a density of 0.93 L/Kg (vs 1 for pure water, or 1.28 for rimguard)
