Does anyone have clogging issues with their Agri Fab Mow n Vac? I'm using mine behind a 60" zero turn and only use it when leaves are dry and I go really slow. It clogs ALL THE TIME. two places - right inside the tube and deck adapter or inside the tube right before the impeller.
I see two potential causes: 1.) because I'm using a 60" deck, it's throwing more material than the mow n' vac tube can handle, and/or 2) because of my larger zero turn setup, the distance from the mower deck outlet to the impeller inlet is longer than standard and the mow n vac cannot generate enough suction with the longer tube.
Has anyone experienced/solved similar issues? I used to have a Trac-Vac and didn't have this issue. I got the Agri-Fab hoping it would be a good replacement for less $.
Has anyone tried a larger diameter tube to help with clogs?
I noticed that both the deck adapter and impeller adapter have indents for larger tube (not sure if it's 7" or 8" - see pics). I'm concerned that the impeller may not create enough suction to move material through a wider diameter (7" or 8") tube that is longer than standard for my zero turn setup.
The tubes are expensive and I'm hesitant to buy another new tube if it's not going to solve the issue. Thanks in advance for any help!
