Ag Hall of Fame -- Barb Wire Machine

Greetings!

Spent Friday at the Ag Hall of Fame near Kansas City. It was fun trip to see the old equipment. Made me feel really old as I used to operate MOST of that type of equipment as a kid.

One machine that intrigued me was the machine that build barbed wire. Man, would today's OSHA have a field day with that machine. Open gears, no shields over the moving SHARP wire, open chain drives, etc.

I'm sure the guy that ran that machine was really cut up!

Interesting, the only thing worse than putting it up is taking it down, especially after it has ...aged.
