When I adjust the width of the lift arms on the 3PH for different implements I am having difficulty adjusting them evenly. On my Bush Hog and box blade, when I adjust for the pin width one side will have 1 empty hole showing while the other side has two. If I keep the holes even, then it is either too narrow or too wide. Is there a problem using the implements without even adjustment on the lift arms? Is there another way to adjust to even out the arms?

Most of my implements use the same holes. I really wish all implement makers would use the same width, but I don't see that happening any time soon. On most implements it won't make much difference if you are hole or two off. I have at least on piece of equipment that I intentionally place at one or two holes to the right.

Other than the Bush Hog, I have a single plow, discs, one-row cultivator and a box blade, which I just got two days ago. I haven't used the box blade yet, I will probably be asking lots of questions after the first attempt. I guess that since there should be a little side to side play with the implements attached, then a hole or two really isn't significant.

I have both holes and slots so I can adjust in fixed positions or let the implement "float" a little side to side.

A hole off dead center one way or the other will never be noticed.

If you don't have hydraulic top and tilt (TNT) you will never like the box blade as much or do as much with it nearly so easy as those who have TNT.

I have read quiet a bit about the TNT's and have thought about getting one. It seems that they can be hard to come by. I don't have hyd. remotes either, so that would be an added expense that I have to figure into when I can get one.
